My research interests are in the areas of HIV cure and therapeutic outcomes both in the U.S. and South Africa. I have an ongoing research collaboration that began in 2004 in Durban, South Africa. Adrenergy has been a critical component of our research program in South Africa since 2013. Their research services are of the highest quality providing human resources management, trained clinical research coordinators and data managers, and laboratory processing capabilities. Their ethics and skills training leverages resources from diverse international curricula and provides a unique mentorship program for individuals graduating from university. They utilize sophisticated management tools and state-of-the-art data and specimen management systems to keep projects organized and facilitate studies in meeting timelines and milestones.

Selvan and the Adrenergy team have been an integral part of my research programs in Durban, South Africa and Mbarara, Uganda since 2017. Selvan and his team are extremely competent and exercise professionalism in every aspect of their work. Adrenergy attracts the brightest minds and provides the kind of leadership, support and work environment that supports teams to optimize outcomes and service. Adrenergy showcases exemplary organizational, communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. The team demonstrates what it means to plan and think strategically and innovatively. They are consummate professionals who lead by example. Adrenergy continues to strive for excellence despite the COVID-19 challenges: their commitment to their partners has never waivered. We look forward to continued collaborations with Selvan and his Adrenergy team.

I have been involved in clinical research for the past 20 years. Joined the ADRESS team as a Pl in 2014 where I met Selvan Pillay and his team. I continued to work with Adrenergy Research Innovations since inception. Adrenergy Research Innovations have proven to be professional in their approach and service delivery. Their work ethic is \u200bunparalleled in terms of turnaround times and feedback on study related queries. Their data management system is very impressive.

Adrenergy Research Innovations is an organization that throughout the years has shown exemplary vision and resilience. I have had a professional relationship with the organization since 2014, often interacting with its Directors Mr. Selvan Pillay and Mrs. Prenisha Pillay, who are excellent professionals and very kind and caring people. Adrenergy has been instrumental in executing our academic research projects in the province of KwaZulu-Natal and I have been greatly impressed with the efficiency and effectiveness of the organization in managing our research projects. Throughout these years of collaboration with Adrenergy, I have also learned about their ethos and vision as a business, which is one of sincerely and meaningfully helping their community in Durban and KZN. Both through community service activities and the engagement of diverse staff and interns, the organization is also serving a very important role in their community, providing professional opportunities to individuals that otherwise don't have access to these. Finally, their resiliency through difficult economic and socio-political times, including the COVID-19 pandemic, has been admirable. Through creativity, professionalism, hard work, and kindness Adrenergy Research Innovations keeps persisting in their excellence, successfully innovating and progressing as a business and organization.

I have worked with Mr Selvan Pillay and the\nteam at ARI from 2015 ,since the inception of their organization .\nAs director of MEDICATE -AIDS (NPC) , we\nshared offices in Umbilo since 2014. Over\nthese years we also developed collaboration for research with national and\ninternational academic and research institutions viz. Centre for AIDS Research\n-Harvard Medical School , and Emory University in the USA . University of\nKwaZulu -Natal , Cape town and Wits university. We worked jointly with ARI on\nmany projects. The responsibilities ranged from recruitment of\neligible research participants , providing psychosocial counselling  and support to patients , managing patient\nand research databases and duties of a nurse clinician ARI provided basic and\nadvanced research training in all these areas and equipped their trainees in\nthe practice of ethical and professional research.
MEDICATE -AIDS NPC had the\nbenefit of employing approximately 25 staff that went through the ARI program .\nOther staff went on not seek employment successfully in other suitable\ninstitutions .\nIn addition , for the last 8 years toll\n2019 ,ARI provided staff and technical support for the Annual workshop in\nadvanced clinical care (AWACC ) -AIDS in Durban . This has been an annual\ninternational workshop to train doctors and nurses and administrators in HIV care. www.awacc.org<\/a> . The staff from ARI have been very exemplary and professional in\ntheir conduct at these conferences.
Mr.Pillay is a true visionary that has\nassisted many graduates and scholars develop skills that are very relevant to\ndeveloping careers and seeking employment. I will gladly vouch for  ARI and the team under his leadership. I wish\nthem every success

The necessity of scientific\nevidence-based decision making rests squarely on the generation of relevant and\ntechnically sound research. This requires rigorous attention to detail, logical\nsystems across fieldwork, data collection, quality assurance and regulatory\nprocesses. I can say unequivocally that Adrenergy Research Innovations (ARI) is\nable to provide this service through the empowerment of individuals, sound\nprocess management and leadership. The support of the Adrenergy Research\nInnovation team allows important research questions to be answered through the\nimplementation of stepwise process mapping that can be taken to scale across\nlarge or small studies.
I speak from experience as a\nco-Principal Investigator on a small study called OASIS Optimising Adherence-\nInspiring Success which measures adherence in patients co-infected with drug\nresistant Tuberculosis and the Human Immunodeficiency Virus. Both chronic\ninfectious disease treatment programs have been negatively affected by\nCOVID-19. Better understanding of the factors impacting patient support to\nadhere to treatment regimens are critical to design patient centred programs\nand improve patient outcomes. The director, Mr. Selvan Pillay, provided\nunstinting support for the study and offset many of the costs not borne\ndirectly by the seed funding and treated this study in the same manner as he\nwould have much larger studies. He has been extremely generous of his\nknowledge, networks and support, which allowed the study to be completed\ndespite the complexity of the COVID-19 pandemic, and the tragic passing of his\nbrother.
Knowledge transfer in support\nof young aspiring researchers, both local and international have found the\ntraining provided by Adrenergy invaluable. They fit seamlessly into the team\nand have a \"can-do\" attitude and impeccable work ethic. This makes\nworking in demanding health care settings possible to ensure the research is\nconducted according to the highest standard.\nIt is organisations such as\nARI that are able to enable innovative local research to be conducted and add\nto the production of important body of knowledge of relevant health research.\nI hope the review panel looks\nfavourably upon the work of Adrenergy Research Innovation under the capable\nleadership of Mr. Selvan Pillay to ensure ongoing local research can be\nsupported.\nYours Sincerely

Our Company Pure Wonder-Med has been supplying medical consumables to Adrenergy for the past 5 years. We are delighted to recommend Mr S Pillay and the staff at Adrenergy. It has been a great pleasure working with the Adrenergy team and we highly recommend their workmanship.
They have the best analytical skills of any customers we have ever worked with. Working with\nMr S. Pillay and staff on several tasks has given us good insight and knowledge to their capabilities\nand skills. They are the most dedicated, consistently hardworking and innovative team and use\ninitiative when leading projects of their own. The Adrenergy team has a great work ethics, integrity, professionalism, organisational skills, confident leadership abilities and excellent communication\nwith people of every position. They have great strength, skills and talent to position them for\nmore success.
They are also compassionate, kind and never miss the opportunity to help others. We always admired\nhow they go above and beyond doing charity for the underprivileged, even working late into the\nevening and sacrificing an entire weekend. We have witnessed this for many years.
We highly recommend Adrenergy without any reservation.
